Responsibility:
•Source, screen, and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals;
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit;
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies;
• Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to extending offers;
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
From you:
• 1 - 2 + year of experience as a talent sourcer or recruiter, with a focus on mass recruitment;
• Proficiency in using candidate sourcing tools;
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies;
• Familiarity with various candidate sourcing channels and platforms;
• Excellent negotiation and objection handling skills;
• Upper intermediate spoken and written English.
