Requirements:

- Experience in the field of recruitment.
- English at the B2 level or possibility to hold interviews in English.
- Analytical skills, the ability to systematize information.
- Sociable, able to listen, open for new contacts.
- Interested in HR and development in this direction.
- Be available and respond to messages quickly.
- Have a permanent laptop and internet.

Responsibilities:

- Daily monitoring and sorting of incoming e-mail: CVs for vacancies, test tasks, correspondence with candidates.
- Sending test tasks to suitable candidates.
- Sending rejections to those who didn't pass the test tasks or interviews.
- Prepare for the interviews (also in English).
- Check test tasks (also in English).
- Database management of candidates, working with the CRM system.
- Active search for the most relevant candidates on social networks and job portals.
- Preparation of new vacancy descriptions.
- Monitoring and correspondence with clients on personnel recruitment.
