Recruiter in Yelk

THE ROLE:

This is a part-time position!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1.5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT industry
• Experience in pre-screening, interviewing and interview feedback drawing up
• Strong empathic abilities and a good understanding of candidates’ drives and motivators 
•  Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

• Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)

   

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (searching, pre-screening, pre-interviewing, feedbacks)
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates that meet all Yelk minimums and standards for the position through a matching technique
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates 
• Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
• Drive offer process
