Responsibilities
- active search for personnel in accordance with identified needs
- screening of received resumes, conducting interviews and tests to determine compliance with the requirements of the future position according to personal qualities and professional criteria
- development of informational and analytical and reference materials
- support of candidates at all stages of selection
- keeping records of candidates using automated management systems
Requirements
- readiness for periodic short-term business trips within Ukraine up to 12 times a year and lasting up to 5 days
- absence of close relatives who have citizenship (citizenship) of a foreign state recognized as an aggressor state in accordance with the current legislation
- higher education in the specialty "Personnel Management and Labor Economics", "Personnel Management" or "Psychology"
- work experience in personnel selection for at least 3 years
- knowledge of modern methods of testing and interviews, ethics and culture of interpersonal communication
