Responsibilities

• active search for personnel in accordance with identified needs
• screening of received resumes, conducting interviews and tests to determine compliance with the requirements of the future position according to personal qualities and professional criteria
• development of informational and analytical and reference materials
• support of candidates at all stages of selection
• keeping records of candidates using automated management systems

Requirements

• readiness for periodic short-term business trips within Ukraine up to 12 times a year and lasting up to 5 days
• absence of close relatives who have citizenship (citizenship) of a foreign state recognized as an aggressor state in accordance with the current legislation
• higher education in the specialty "Personnel Management and Labor Economics", "Personnel Management" or "Psychology"
• work experience in personnel selection for at least 3 years
• knowledge of modern methods of testing and interviews, ethics and culture of interpersonal communication
