Your functions in this position: Create and launch job advertisements on various job resources for finding personnel; Search and recruit personnel for various positions; Conduct initial selection of candidates based on resumes; Conduct interviews with relevant candidates; Communicating with job applicants; Accompanying candidates until the moment of employment; Ensuring the implementation of the plan for closed vacancies; Reporting on your work.
