Responsibilities: —Handle full-cycle recruitment for various tech and non-tech roles, building apipeline ofcold and warm candidates; —Collaborate with hiring managers toidentify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills; —Take part inimplementing effective recruiting strategies toattract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates; —Conduct initial resume screenings and first recruiter interviews and ensure asmooth and efficient full-cycle recruitment process; —Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and feedback; —Working with aCRM system tocreate acandidate database. Requirements: —Minimum of1year ofexperience inacomplete cycle talent acquisition orrecruitment; —Strong understanding ofrecruitment processes and candidate selection methods; —Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tointeract effectively with candidates and hiring managers; —Experience working inanever-changing environment and being able toadapt and flex tonew business needs and goals; —Analytical and problem-solving skills, working with the data-driven recruitment; —Atleast Intermediate + English (both written and spoken) and Fluent Ukrainian.
