The vacancy involves service related to the recruitment of military personnel. Candidates with military or civilian experience in the position of recruiter/HR manager are considered. Responsibilities: collection and systematization of data on the needs of military units in personnel, formation of job profiles, description of positions and posting them on job portals, conducting initial interviews and first communication with candidates, offering vacancies, monitoring the recruiting process: from giving the candidate a relationship to enrolling him in lists of the military unit, interaction with the Territorial centers of staffing and social support (TCC and SP), recruiting centers, involvement in the processes and providing proposals for improving the recruiting processes in the military unit Requirements 2+ years of relevant work experience in the position of HR or specialist recruiter in the civilian or military sphere strong analytical skills and effective problem solving skills excellent communication skills high self-organization, responsibility and independence in work ability to make decisions and be responsible for them willingness to learn quickly education and certifications in the field of HR will be an advantage understanding of the organization of military units, legislation and document management will be an advantage Conditions of service under a contract until the end of the legal period of martial law, service in the city of Kyiv, possible business trips, full employment, a 6-day work week at the headquarters of the army, the transfer of active servicemen from the Ground Forces with the consent of the immediate commander, stable financial support, social guarantees provided laws of Ukraine on the social protection of military personnel, direct cooperation and assistance in the struggle for freedom and independence of Ukraine.
