You will need to recruit experienced consultants and store directors as well as "office" specialists and managers to the Company. Candidate requirements: Our ideal candidate is a recruiter with experience in recruiting retail personnel in premium or luxury store chains and preferably with experience in recruiting "office" specialists and managers. High communication and organizational skills, high level of independence and responsibility. Ability to plan working hours and set priorities. Main duties: Conducting the full cycle of recruiting: from the search and evaluation of candidates to the organization of interviews and the selection of the most suitable applicants. The use of the HrAssist professional evaluation system (we teach how to use it). Analysis of the labor market, the level of salaries. If there is free time, participation in the adaptation and training of personnel, the development of training materials (if you wish to develop and immerse yourself in the HR field).
