Responsibilities: Monitoring the labor market, working with the resume database, operational work with reviews. Creating vacancies and their effective placement on search platforms. Prompt closing of hot vacancies. Recruitment: labor, technical, administrative, top management. Conducting an initial interview by phone and arranging meetings with the manager. Organization of individual and group interviews. Organization and control of the implementation of the adaptation program; participation in the adaptation of new employees. Implementation of the company's corporate culture projects. Compilation of reports, creation of statistics and candidate database.
