We are looking for an experienced and energetic recruiter who will join our dynamic team and will be able to professionally and quickly select and select candidates for various categories of positions (both linear - drone operators, installers, electricians and managerial - marketing, sales). Searching for candidates on various resources (websites, social networks, databases, etc.) using effective search strategies. 2. Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience and compliance with the job requirements. 3. Provision of appropriate administrative support in the recruitment process, including preparation of necessary documents and coordination of integration of new employees. 4. Ensuring a positive experience for candidates at every stage of interaction with the company. 5. Cooperation with management and other departments to develop recruitment strategies and solve labor market issues. Requirements: 1. 2 years of work experience as a recruiter. 2. Ability to work in a team and establish effective relationships with candidates. 3. High level of communication skills and the ability to listen and take into account the needs of the parties. 4. Deep understanding of the labor market and current trends in personnel hiring. 5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high quality of tasks.
