It is important for us: 1 year of work experience in the field of recruiting or sales of services; love for conducting interviews and the ability to provide quality feedback on the results; the ability to work with case tasks during interviews, or the desire to learn; experience in recruiting personnel for the call center and sales department (will be an advantage); knowledge and ability to attract candidates from various sources, not only using job sites; command of the English language at the B2 level and above; presentable external appearance and competent language; care in relation to the company's reputation (we check our customers in detail, we do NOT work with niches: financial markets, bads, dating, gambling, etc.) orientation to the result, the ability to work in multitasking mode.
