The construction company Ekonombud is looking for a Recruiter in its HR department. Ekonombud is a leader in the field of hydro and thermal insulation. We specialize in insulation and waterproofing of residential, commercial premises and various industrial facilities. We offer our services throughout Ukraine, and also have representative offices in other countries (Poland, Turkey). When performing work, we use only the best materials and modern equipment. How we see our candidate: You are sociable; You are an active person, you like to communicate with people and achieve results; You are fluent in the Ukrainian language; You have competent oral and written communication; You know how to work with telephony and the CRM system; Experience in a similar position will be an advantage; What will be included in your duties: Submit a recruitment application Create a job profile and evaluation methods; Create a script for a telephone interview and interviews; Write and post a vacancy; Select suitable resumes; Conduct an initial and final interview; Guide the candidate through the funnel of the SRM system.
