This is a highly creative, entrepreneurial environment in which the incumbent must be comfortable upholding all brand standards, leading by example, and finding employees who represent our values.Summary of ResponsibilitiesThe Recruiter directly supports all recruiting efforts and is a critical part of the human resources support team. This role is primarily responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant and multi-family management positions, corporate leadership roles, and providing strategic support for line-level hiring for both existing properties and new openings. In addition, this position will serve as an ambassador for the brand in all markets, assist in deploying industry-leading recruiting programs, and maintain positive recruiting practices.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the full cycle recruiting process for both internal and external candidates to fill current and future openings by creating a talent pipeline to coincide with the organization’s growth strategy.Evaluates incoming applications and actively sources passive candidates to select talent that aligns with the company’s needs, brand standards, and culture.Under the direction of the Chief People Officer of Human Resources, leads the new restaurant opening team member hiring strategy and process to ensure successful hiring and onboarding to meet staffing needs.Develops market-based or regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts in the area.Builds our employment brand and increases our presence in our communities by establishing relationships with universities, networking organizations, community-based organizations, workforce centers and vendors to provide a pipeline of qualified and talented candidates.Cultivates strong working relationships with store leadership and support teams ensuring that recruiting efforts are tightly aligned with goals and objectives.Responsible for providing a regular cadence of recruitment reporting to all internal stakeholders.Works closely with the operations team to ensure recruitment is aligned with near-term and long-term growth plans.Create comprehensive plans and strategies for sourcing internal and external talent.Role/position specific duties as assigned.Required Qualifications3-5 years of recruitment experience.Experience working for a multi-site restaurant, retail or hospitality company preferred.Demonstrated ability to work effectively and prioritize workload.Proven record of aggressive goal setting, converting plans into action and performance measurement.Strong work ethic and “hands on” approach.Exceptional people & interpersonal skills.Acts as a role model, consistently representing all brands with professionalism.Regular travel within the greater Las Vegas area required. As the brand grows, frequent overnight, out-of-state travel will be required.Must have proven communication skills, specifically with written reports and updates.
