The company Nanit Robot is a Ukrainian EdTech company that is included in the top 100 most promising projects of Ukraine.

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a recruiter to work in the "Nation of Engineers" project. We specialize in finding and employing talented engineers among our graduates, as well as working with veterans centers to train and employ their members.

VISION - we believe that the Nation of Engineers will create a new economic miracle and build a technological security foundation in Ukraine.

MISSION is to create the highest quality engineering education methodology. The goal is to train and employ 10,000 people in engineering by the end of 2027.

About us:

Responsibilities: < /b>

• Active search for candidates among graduates of our educational programs.
• Maintaining a database of candidates and maintaining contact with them.
• Cooperation with partners for employment of our graduates.
• Work with veterans centers to engage and educate their members.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Organization of educational events and trainings for veterans.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the labor market in the field of engineering will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently.
• High motivation and desire to help veterans adapt to civilian life.

• A step-by-step plan to increase salary from 22 to 60 thousand UAH.
• Trial period - 30 working days (paid);
• Full time 5/2 from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm;
