As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process. Manage candidate relationships with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress and facilitate efficient communication with stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement efforts. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Excellent level of English language This role is fully remote, from Europe and is on a commission basis only.
