Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fintech company;
• Experience of conducting interviews, knowledge of various methods of competence verification;
• Knowledge of the most popular modern sources of candidate search;
• Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and work with
  objections;
• Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously;
• Organization and attention to details;
• High level of responsibility.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HR processes;
• Availability of education in the field of personnel management/psychology.

What you will need to do:

• Communication with HRBP and hiring managers, reporting on the hiring process;
• Active search for candidates, placement of vacancies, assessment of candidates for compliance with requirements;
• Organizing and conducting interviews, writing feedback;
• Maintaining a database of candidates;
• Support candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.
