Responsibilities: —Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, such asLinkedIn, job sites, and referrals, tobuild astrong talent pipeline. —Processing data and communication onthe job-search platform; —Accurate maintaining adatabase ofcandidates; —Creating acheerful, welcoming and productive environment while working onenhancing the corporate culture and team spirit; —Cooperating with other departments inbuilding acommunity; —Any other tasks assigned bythe direct line manager ormanagement.
