Main tasks: Conducting a full cycle of personnel selection: placing ads on job sites, profile resources, social networks, maintaining their current status; resume search on the job site, social networks, direct search, work with recommendations; maintaining a database of candidates for the personnel reserve; organization and conduct of online/offline interviews with candidates; organization of line management interviews with finalist candidates; providing feedback to candidates; preparation of a job offer for candidates. Adaptation of personnel, organization and control of the processes of passing probationary periods, conducting one-to-one meetings. Reporting in CRM. Help with other HR projects. We expect from the candidate: Higher education. 1 year of recruitment experience. Knowledge and active use of modern personnel search tools of various levels. Knowledge of Executive Search, Headhunting search methods is a must. Experience in closing technical and sales vacancies is desirable. High level of empathy, excellent communication skills, proactivity and systematic work. We offer: Working hours — 09:00-18:00, Friday until 17:00; Saturday-Sunday is a weekend.
