Vacancy: IT RecruiterCity: LvivWorking schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 (office only) Salary: from $1000 (negotiated based on the results of the interview) Main duties:- Search, selection and evaluation of candidates for IT positions and positions in the field of traffic arbitration.- Conducting interviews, organizing test tasks and interacting with candidates at all stages of recruiting.- Maintaining a candidate database, maintaining contact with potential candidates.- Close cooperation with management on the formation of requirements for vacancies and candidate evaluations.- Analysis of the labor market and the use of effective candidate search methods.
