What will you do:

• A full cycle of work on the search for candidates (description and publication of vacancies, analysis of resumes, selection of candidates, preparation and conducting of interviews, acceptance for the examination period);

• Direct search for candidates;

• Processing and analysis of incoming feedback;

• Working with the CRM system and recruitment channels;

• Closing the plan for vacancies;
• Collection and verification of references;
• Forming an offer and transferring the candidate to onboarding

What do you need?

• Similar work experience from 1 year ;

• Experience with job sites;

• Skills of sourcing and attracting candidates with the help of Linkedin and Telegram;

• Ability to work with Google tools (documents, calendar);

• Planning skills and working with a large amount of information

• High level of self-organization and responsibility;

• Attention to details, multitasking;

• Communication skills, the ability to find an approach to different people;

• Competent oral and written communication;

• Desire to work and develop in the Digital sphere.
