Responsibilities: - Using various channels to find potential candidates.
- Creation and posting of vacancies on various platforms.
- Maintaining and updating the candidate database, storing information about candidates and the stages of their selection.
- Organization and support of the candidate throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
- Cooperation with department heads to determine the needs of new employees.
- Providing regular reports on the recruitment process and selection results.
- Implementation of new technologies and approaches to optimize the recruitment process.
- Participation in HR processes: support in carrying out integrations and assessment of team culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment from 1 year (experience in IT will be a plus).
- Understanding of IT technologies and the labor market.
- Ability to effectively use candidate search tools.
- High level of communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in conditions of a large volume of information and urgent tasks.
- Knowledge of English is desirable.
- Experience in finding technical and creative specialists, as well as Media Buyer and Affiliate Manager.
