Skills we expect: • 2 years of IT recruiter experience; • Resetching skills through various search channels; • The ability to conduct an interview with a thorough assessment of soft skills and a basic understanding of the candidate's level of hard skills; • English from B1; • Experience with non-tech vacancies (marketing, lead generators, sales) and tech vacancies (developers, designers, RM); • Good analytical skills; • Time management and self-organization skills, the ability to set priorities and independently plan your day effectively without daily routines; • We have a bonus system, and we expect a focus on closing new positions every month. Your tasks will be: — Complete recruiting process: writing vacancies, publishing, searching for candidates, hiring, taking feedback from candidates, writing and signing an offer with the candidate; —Closing vacancies: marketing, design, managers, development; — For the first time (six months to be exact), the main emphasis will be on non-tech positions; —Maintenance of recruiting statistics (funnel by channels, etc.) and reporting; — Maintenance of the candidate database; —Search and generation of new channels of interaction with candidates; —Participation in the improvement of brand HR from the recruiting side.
