• You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• You know how to find highly qualified candidates on job boards, in Linkedin and in other available sources
• You know the basic methods of selection and evaluation of candidates
• You are interested in researching and helping hiring managers form the profile of the candidate they need
• You are not afraid to work in conditions of a dynamic environment

Future responsibilities

• Close positions in different departments - IT and non-IT directions: RnD, marketing, logistics, finance, sales, administration, management.
• Conduct an active search and attract cool candidates with the help of various recruiting tools and methods
• Contribute your ideas and continue to build recruiting processes in the company
