Overview

The vacancy involves service in the Drone Force project for equipping units of unmanned systems of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit is currently looking for candidates for the position of recruiter for its drive team.

Responsibilities

• selection of candidates according to the vacancy profile
• interaction with units of the Ground Forces regarding selected candidates
• candidate support at all stages of recruiting and training
• maintaining a database and preparing the necessary reports
• active participation in the development of the project and the recruiting system of the Ground Forces

• sociability and ability to communicate with people
• ability to work with electronic spreadsheets (Excel, Google)
• responsibility and organization
• multitasking and the ability to switch to different types of tasks
• desirable experience in recruiting for the military or in civilian life

Conditions

• only transfer of current military personnel within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• the possibility of service for active military personnel who, according to the opinion of the VLK, are suitable for service in military support units, TCC and SP, high schools, educational centers, etc.
• service in the city Kyiv and readiness for business trips
