We are expanding our team and are looking for a Recruiter . If you are responsible, attentive to details, an expert in your field, we are waiting for your resume.

Vacancy is open for our office in Lviv.

Required professional experience and skills:

• from 1 year of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, recruitment specialist;
• excellent time management;
• effective communication skills that contribute to building strong relationships with project stakeholders;
• the ability to work flexibly and promptly;
• command of the English language at the B1+ level and above.

Your responsibilities will include:

• using various communication channels and platforms (social networks, employment portals) to find and attract the best candidates for open vacancies;
• work with the ATS/CRM system, providing comprehensive feedback and evaluations of candidates, understanding the importance of quality hiring and responsibility for the candidates presented;
• supporting part of the talent management cycle (formation of position descriptions, selection of candidates for vacancies);
• establishing long-term communication with candidates, providing timely feedback and maintaining constant interaction;
• cooperation with hiring managers.
