What tasks await you:

• Management of the full cycle of selection of line personnel;
• Use of alternative search sources, a creative approach to the search for candidates;
• Conducting telephone screenings and interviews;
• Carrying out the onboarding process;
• Maintenance of candidate reserve database.

Key qualities and skills that are important to us:

• Knowledge of search and hiring tools;
• One year of work experience as a recruiter;
• Experience in using CRM and/or HR systems, google disk, excel;
• High emotional intelligence;
• Active life position, sociability, result orientation;
• Time management and multitasking;
• Benevolence, honesty, openness.
