Necessary skills:
— Work experience of 1 year or more in the position of a recruiter;
—Knowledge of basic candidate search tools;
- Results-oriented, flexible, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
— Good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and various interview techniques;
—Knowledge of all the most popular modern search sources;
- Negotiation and objection skills.

Responsibilities:
—Active closing of vacancies and conducting interviews;
— Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates;
— Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums;
— Maintaining the internal database of candidates;
— Initial evaluation of resumes, conducting telephone interviews, final interviews with candidates;
— Reporting on the recruitment process.
