Recruiter in SoloWayCo

We are looking for a Middle Recruiter who knows how to effectively close vacancies of various levels of complexity — from line positions to atypical roles, including Senior and C-level.

Format - office Kyiv, Vasylkivska.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience in recruiting from 2 years (preferably in IT or iGaming).
• Closed vacancies of various levels of complexity - from juniors to seniors.
• Has experience working with technical and non-technical positions.
• Able to work with various search channels (LinkedIn, job boards, recommendations, etc.).
• Has strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to build long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Able to work with analytics and recruiting funnel.

Main responsibilities:

• Full recruiting cycle: from finding candidates to the final proposal and creating a Job Offer.
• Active search for candidates through various platforms and channels (LinkedIn, job-sites, social networks, recommendations).
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates.
• Evaluating resumes and conducting interviews.
• Communicating with hiring managers regarding the opening and status of vacancies.
• Creating job profiles and writing job descriptions.
• Analysis of the recruiting funnel and preparation of reports.
• Identification weaknesses in the process and suggestions for improvement.

• Schedule from 10.00 to 18.00 (or from 9.00 to 17.00) and comfortable office.
• Location - Holosiivskyi district, near the Vasylkivska metro station.
• Rate depends on experience.
