Main duties:

• Conducting the full cycle of recruiting: from finding candidates to adapting new employees

• Organizing recruitment processes for various departments

• Development of corporate culture and motivation of employees

• Maintenance of personnel records and documentation

• Development and implementation of internal policies and procedures

• Advising management on personnel management issues

Requirements:

• Experience in HR is welcome, but not mandatory

• Knowledge of labor legislation

• Communication, organization, initiative

• Ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations
