Our future candidate has:
- Experience in recruiting from 1 year (no experience not considered)
- Understanding the full recruitment cycle.
- Understanding interview stages and candidate evaluation logic.
- Ability to work with several vacancies at the same time.
- Systematic, responsible and structured work.
- Basic understanding of recruiting strategy and candidate market.
Would be an advantage:
- Additional professional education (courses, recruitment training)
- Experience of working with 3-4 alternative sources of candidates (LinkedIn, social networks, recommendations, professional communities candidates).
- Experience with ATS or CRM recruiting systems.
What you will need to do:
- Lead the full cycle of recruiting: from the formation and coordination of the application from the hiring manager to the offer and the candidate's exit to the job.
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate evaluation.
- Work with the search for candidates through various search channels.
- Maintain the CRM / ATS system, maintain data relevance.
- Form and develop the candidate database.
- Use additional tools and resources search.
- Coordinate the interview process with department heads.
