The company "Chas Gaz",, which is engaged in the installation, service and maintenance of gas cylinder equipment for cars, is looking for a Recruitment Manager personnel.

Our future candidate has:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year (no experience not considered)
• Understanding the full recruitment cycle.
• Understanding interview stages and candidate evaluation logic.
• Ability to work with several vacancies at the same time.
• Systematic, responsible and structured work.
• Basic understanding of recruiting strategy and candidate market.

Would be an advantage:

• Additional professional education (courses, recruitment training)
• Experience of working with 3-4 alternative sources of candidates (LinkedIn, social networks, recommendations, professional communities candidates).
• Experience with ATS or CRM recruiting systems.

What you will need to do:

• Lead the full cycle of recruiting: from the formation and coordination of the application from the hiring manager to the offer and the candidate's exit to the job.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Work with the search for candidates through various search channels.
• Maintain the CRM / ATS system, maintain data relevance.
• Form and develop the candidate database.
• Use additional tools and resources search.
• Coordinate the interview process with department heads.
