Main duties:

• Processing of recruitment applications and candidate support from the first contact to starting work.
• Search and selection of candidates for technical and labor specialties.
• Posting vacancies on job portals and social media networks.
• Conducting telephone interviews and initial evaluation of candidates.
• Supporting candidates at all stages of recruiting until their employment.

Our expectations

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year.
• Experience in closing various types of vacancies (preferably technical or construction).
• Ability to work with job sites and social networks.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsibility, organization and effectiveness.
