Now looking for a team of specialists for the position ofRecruiter for a hybrid work format in Kyiv.

Necessary skills:

• Work experience from 1 year for the position;
• Knowledge of the main candidate search tools;
• Focus on results, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;
• Good theoretical knowledge of the recruitment process and various interview techniques;
• Knowledge of all the most popular modern search sources;
• Negotiation skills and working with objection.
• It will be a plus: experience working with vacancies in the financial sector, experience working in a bank.

Responsibilities:

• Active closing of vacancies and conducting interview;
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, maintain contact with potential candidates;
• Work with job sites, social. networks and specialized forums;
• Maintenance of the internal database of candidates;
• Initial evaluation of resumes, telephone interviews, final interviews with candidates;
• Reporting on the personnel selection process.
