What you will do:
Recruiting:
- Conduct the full cycle of selection of line personnel for cinemas;
- Conduct telephone, online and offline interviews;
- Participate in the opening of new network locations;
- Work with recruiting platforms, analytics and reporting;
Adaptation and HR processes:
- Prepare the employee for the first working day (so that he does not get lost, but has a good time);
- Support the process of adaptation of newcomers;
- Control and lead the tasks of "Newcomer in the team";
- Be a point of support for new employees in the first weeks of work.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has experience in one of the areas (required!): recruiting oroffice management / HR administration;
- Sincerely wants to develop in HR and work with people;
- Easily finds a common language with different people;
- Responsible, organized and gets things done;
- Independent, but a team player - knows how to work together;
- Creative, open to the new and do not be afraid andinitiative;
- Learns faster than popping popcorn
