Hello! We are MAKE, a Ukrainian brand of gadgets and accessories that creates products for an extraordinary life. We are expanding and are looking for a recruiter who will strengthen our team and help find the best specialists on the market.

Main tasks

• conducting the full recruiting cycle (end-to-end)
• creating a vacancy profile together with the hiring manager
• preparing and publishing vacancies on job sites and social networks
• active search for candidates (job sites, direct search)
• conducting screenings and online interviews
• evaluation of candidates by competencies and preparation of recommendations to the manager
• coordination of interview stages
• communication with candidates and providing feedback
• preparation and sending of offers
• support candidate before starting a job

In addition

• analysis of the candidate market and salary ranges
• analysis of the effectiveness of search channels
• collection of insights about the motivation of candidates

Our ideal candidate

• has 2+ years of experience in recruiting
• has experience in active candidate sourcing (sourcing)
• conducts structured interviews
• builds quality communication with candidates and hiring managers
• has an understanding of recruiting metrics (time to hire, conversions)
