• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies
• Posting vacancies on job sites and social mediaréjakh  
• Analysis of resumes and conducting initial interviews  
• Organization and coordination of interviews with managers  
• Providing feedback to candidates  
• Management of the candidate database and reporting on vacancies   
• Supporting the candidate at all stages of selection
