Necessary skills and experience:

• Understanding the principles of candidate assessment (competence, motivation, risks).
• Owning active search and direct hunting tools.
• Skills of structured communication and business correspondence.
• Experience with ATS/HRM-systems (PeopleForce or similar).
• Systematic and attentive to details.
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions.
• Responsibility and independence in work.
• Communicative and tactful.
• Resistance to stress, ability to work in the mode multitasking.
• Orientation on results and meeting deadlines.
• Ethics and confidentiality.
  
  Responsibilities:
• Active search and attraction of candidates for vacant positions.
• Analysis of resumes and initial selection of candidates for compliance with position requirements.
• Organization and conduct of interviews with candidates (telephone, online or personal).
• Collection and verification of candidate recommendations from previous workplaces, interaction with the company's security service.
• Formation and provision of job offers to candidates for whom a positive decision has been made.
• Reporting and PeopleForce CRM system.
• Participation in the study of the labor market and analysis of salary levels fee.
