Your main tasks:

• active search and attraction of candidates using standard and non-standard sources;

• conducting telephone interviews and individual interviews to ensure the need for personnel;

• interaction with the media and advertising companies regarding the placement of advertisements;

• analysis of the composition of departments, staff turnover and its causes, reasons for candidate rejections;

• participation in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the search and retention of personnel;

• conducting exit interviews;

• ability to find approach to people and conduct effective negotiations;

• skills of actively searching for personnel and promotion of vacancies;

• knowledge of the labor market and trends in the field of personnel selection;

• mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
