Recruiter in Krivenda L. A., FOP

We are actively expanding the team and are looking for a responsible and ambitious Recruiter who will help us find the best candidates and form a strong team of professionals.

• Working schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00

• Salary: from 42,000 UAH (rate + bonuses)

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of personnel selection

• Conducting telephone and online interview

• Working with various sources of candidate search

• Assessment of professional and personal qualities of candidates

• Maintenance of candidate database and reporting

• Support of new employees during the adaptation phase

We expect:

• Communication and competent language

• Ability to work with a large amount of information

• Desire to develop in the field of HR

• Experience in recruiting will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
