We are looking for a Junior+ Recruiter for a product IT company in the field of iGaming. Adequate workload: 4-5 vacancies in parallel. Realistic terms for closing positions. We do not work in the "DevOps is needed in a week and a half" mode.

Your future tasks:
Receive and detail the request from the hiring manager, create the vacancy and accompany it to the offer stage.
Conduct interviews and evaluation of candidates: organize and conduct screenings, apply biographical, competency and case methods, evaluate hard and soft skills in accordance with the requirements of the position.
Formulate structured conclusions about candidates, conduct comparative analysis of candidates.
Ensure systematization and analytics of the process: work in the ATS system, conduct the selection funnel, prepare weekly reports, analyze key HR metrics and the effectiveness of search sources.
Strengthen the employer brand through recruiting: provide a quality candidate experience, work with recommendations, maintain the company's professional reputation on market.
You are a perfect match if you have:
Experience in recruiting from 1 year with successful closing of IT and Digital vacanciesand willingness to work with iGaming roles. Experience in the domain will be a plus, but is not mandatory, quick adaptation to the specifics of the business is more important.
Confident use of direct candidate search methods: LinkedIn, Boolean search, X-ray, work with professional communities, recommendations and alternative channels. Focus not only on reviews, but on proactive search.
Understanding and using modern tools in recruitment: ATS-systems, sourcing tools, source analytics, automation of routine processes. The ability to choose a tool for the task, not "for a tick".
Knowledge and practical use of various interview techniques: biographical, competency-based, case, projective approach. Ability to build a conversation structure and test hypotheses through specific examples from the candidate's experience.
Deep analytical assessment of candidates: preparation of structured feedback for business with arguments, examples and logical conclusions. Ability to separate facts from subjective impressions.
Systematization in work: automation of recruiting processes, management of vacancies in ATS, preparation of reports, understanding of key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion of stages, efficiency of sources).
Using AI in daily work: for sourcing, analyzing resumes, preparing interview questions, structuring feedback, optimizing communication and improving productivity. It is important not to just use tools, but to integrate them into the process intelligently.
