We are currently looking for a Recruiter who can ensure the flow of candidates for vacancies in various professions.

What we expect from candidate:

Do you easily find a common language with people? Do you enjoy closing urgent and complex tasks? Are you able to organize mass and point selection of candidates?

• Active search and recruitment of candidates for various job vacancies.-Cold contacts with candidates (phone calls, initial communication).
• Performance of initial screening and assessment of compliance with job requirements.-Formation and maintenance of the database candidates.-Supporting candidates at the initial stages of selection.

Quality selection of candidates according to the application is the result we expect from you.

The main thing is that you have already achieved good results and can to prove it.

Your duties:

• Selection of candidates according to the applications of department heads
• Planning of the interview schedule
• Analysis of own results
