Recruiter in Lyut Komponents

LyutFPV is an FPV drone manufacturer that puts quality and innovation first. We have built drones for racing, aerial photography and industrial applications, combining reliability, power and advanced technology. Currently, our goal is to help the military.

We are currently looking for a Recruiter.

What will you do every day:

• You will search for and select candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, Facebook and other channels.
• You will correspond with candidates, present the company and accompany them to the interview stage.
• You will assign interviews and you will coordinate time with candidates and recruiters.
• You will conduct initial interviews for light / mass vacancies.
• You will maintain a base in CleverStaff, update statuses, make short reports.
• Work in close cooperation with recruiters and the HR team, so that all vacancies are closed quickly and qualitatively.
• For 20% you will deal with personnel issues

We expect from you:

• Experience of 6 months in the position of Talent Sourcer orRecruiter (ready to take after the courses.)
• Understanding of the full recruiting cycle and basic interviewing skills.
• Attention, responsibility, communication and proactivity.
• Proficiency in search tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean Search, ATS, Telegram, etc.).
