What you will do with us:

• You will conduct interviews and evaluate professional and personal qualities candidates.
• You will collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and form accurate job profiles.
• You will ensure quality communication with candidates at all stages of selection.
• You will maintain a candidate database and report on search results.
