What you will do in this position:
- Actively search for and attract candidates for various company vacancies.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate competencies and potential of candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
- Maintain a candidate database and report on recruitment processes.
- Ensure friendly and open communication with candidates to make them feel confident and comfortable.
- Create a Google Spreadsheet of candidates.
- Work with job search sites 10 vacancies constantly rising
- Job search sites: ads, constant calls to candidates every day
- Work with Facebook, Instagram - create a page, add creatives, launch a target, place ads in groups according to the schedule.
- Work with groups "Robota Vinnytsia", district communities.
- Work with Telegram channels "Robota Vinnytsia", Chats of microdistricts, channels "Work without experience", etc.
- Work with Viber: city chats, chats of houses, districts, etc.
- Cooperate with the State Employment Service.
- Work with educational institutions - VET, colleges, technical schools, universities.

- Apply advertising creatives in transport.
- Organize and constantly conduct programs to encourage employees to participate in recruiting and involve their environment in staffing the company.
- Develop a plan for the renewal schedule of vacancies and a plan of expenses for the month, keep a monthly table, keep a fact plan based on the number of calls, inquiries, interviews, and the number of trips to work.
- Conduct a detailed analysis of each source, calculation of financial efficiency channels.
- Carry out staff adaptation, conduct conversations with staff, motivate employees to study related operations.
- Keep records of employees’ working hours (exit/absence of staff).
- Develop job instructions, rules of conduct at the enterprise, process maps.
- Conduct analysis of employee efficiency at workplaces, interviews, recommendations for transfer to other positions, employee development.
