What you need to do:

• Close vacancies (sales, warehouse, production, etc.)
• Actively search for candidates (job sites, social networks, messengers, recommendations)
• Conduct telephone and online interviews
• Accompany candidates from the first contact to starting a job
• Maintain a candidate database and recruitment reporting
• Closely interact with department heads

• Experience in recruiting / mass selection - will be an advantage (but we can teach)
• Communication and the ability to quickly find contact with people
