Our expectations:
- experience in a similar position from the 1st year in a large system company, bank or fintech;
- experience in closing non-technical vacancies in the financial field;
- developed sourcing skills;
- experience working with modern ATS systems;
- structure, organization and result orientation;
- ability to build trust and partnership relations.
Basic tasks:
- management of the full recruitment cycle;
- interaction with hiring managers and related departments;
- maintenance of the ATS system and formation of personnel reserve;
- monitoring and analysis of recruiting trends, search and implementation of best practices and new non-standard approaches;
- preparation of analytical reports (regular and on request);
- participation in various projects of the HR department.
