Our expectations:

• experience in a similar position from the 1st year in a large system company, bank or fintech;
• experience in closing non-technical vacancies in the financial field;
• developed sourcing skills;
• experience working with modern ATS systems;
• structure, organization and result orientation;
• ability to build trust and partnership relations.

Basic tasks:

• management of the full recruitment cycle;
• interaction with hiring managers and related departments;
• maintenance of the ATS system and formation of personnel reserve;
• monitoring and analysis of recruiting trends, search and implementation of best practices and new non-standard approaches;
• preparation of analytical reports (regular and on request);
• participation in various projects of the HR department.
