Recruiter in Fayna Klinika

Faina Clinic is a modern medical network that is actively developing and growing together with the team. Due to expansion, we are looking for a Recruiter/Researcher to join the team to help find medical and administrative staff for our branches.

This is a role for someone who knows how to work with candidates, loves search and communication and wants to influence the formation of a strong team.

Main tasks:

• search and selection of medical and administrative personnel

• work with job search sites and other engagement channels candidates

• active research, feedback and direct search

• maintenance and updating of candidate database

• initial communication with candidates

• appointment and participation in interviews

• interacting with department heads in the recruitment process

We will be comfortable working together if you:

• have experience in recruiting or research (medicine is an advantage, but not required)

• have experience working with job search sites and other candidate attraction channels

• able to systematically work with candidate databases

• easily communicate with people and able to build professional contact

• organized, attentive to details and responsible

• confident use a PC and online services

Work schedule:

For us, the important result is vacancies closed on time and well-chosen candidates, not the number of hours worked.

At the same time, most processes involve work in the office, with the possibility of flexible working hours.
