• Experience in the field of recruiting from 1 year (preferably in the medical, service or related fields).
• Knowledge of modern candidate search methods (Work.ua, LinkedIn, social networks, etc.).
• Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Communication, persuasiveness, organization.
• Result orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Full recruitment cycle (from finding candidates to hiring).
• Posting vacancies on various platforms and actively searching for candidates.
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews.
• Interacting with department heads to determine personnel needs.
• Support of the company's positive HR brand.
• Participation in the improvement of HR processes.
