In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a personnel manager who is ready to promote the development of our employees and improve HR processes.

Requirements for your experience and skills:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• Availability of higher education
• Skills for working with job sites, social. networks
• PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization
• Activity, flexibility, adaptability
• Attention to details, desire to delve into processes
• Multitasking

Main duties:

• Search, selection and hiring of personnel:

direct search, work with websites and other types of mass media;

selection of candidates' resumes and conducting interviews;

providing feedback to candidates based on the results of interviews

• Supporting the process of adapting new employees
• Participating in the formation of personnel reserve
• Participation in HR tasks and company projects
