Your tasks:

• Full recruitment cycle (vacancies in retail stores, office, marketing, etc.)

• Adaptation of new employees • Development and implementation of HR procedures and policies

• Monitoring the climate in team

• Organization of personnel training and development

• Employer brand support

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience as an HR manager from 1 year

• Oriented in the fashion industry (will be an advantage)

• Possesses a systematic approach and high communication skills skills

• Independent, proactive, with a good taste for people
