The area of responsibility of the recruiter and the tasks he performs:

• Poshuand attracting candidates (lawyers, assistants, managers, administrative and management roles).

• Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidates.

• Organization of HR managers and partners.
• candidates at all stages of recruitment and adaptation.

• Formation and support of personnel reserve.

• Participation in the improvement of HR processes and the company's employer brand.

• Maintenance of recruitment reporting and analytics staff.
